PRODUCT WARRANTY
Products are guaranteed by the manufacturer, and said warranty comes into effect on the day the customer receives the product. Each manufacturer has its own warranty; when the product or material is for professional use, the warranty extends from 6 months to 24 months, depending on each manufacturer. This information is included with the products.
The warranty does not include shipping costs or material reception costs, both outbound and return. The customer will be responsible for shipping the merchandise to our warehouses, and the customer must also pay for shipping costs to their home even if the item is under warranty.
If a product or material is defective or damaged and is under warranty, you must notify us as soon as possible via email at info@trubarber.es, including a copy of the invoice, your first and last name, contact phone number, and a description of the damage. Afterwards, www.trubarber.es will contact you to inform you of the next steps.
EUROPROF BEAUTY TOOLS will send the product to the official technical service of the corresponding brand, which will determine the causes and faults of the devices.
